The cottage is located on a quiet road made up of residential and holiday homes and is only suitable for couples and small families with or without dogs.

It is not suitable for hen or stag parties.

Parties cannot be held at our property without our express permission.

Smoking is only allowed in the garden/decking area and all cigarette stubs must be removed.

Our insurance does not cover us for the charging of electric vehicles and we do not have a charge point, it is therefore a fire risk and potentially dangerous to attempt to do so at our property and so is forbidden.

Don’t chew/rip up anything that’s mine.
